In talking with Kay (aka InnocentKay) about her interest in erotic modeling, she told me that it's rewarding to be appreciated for the work that goes in to making a sexy avatar.  Beyond that...it's arousing for her to know someone may be fantasizing about her...(looks around sheepishly).
